We know that great benefits are available on adults of exercise, but now a new survey shows that if parents want to keep children healthy and mentally, then exercise them.

The study has revealed that children aged 6 to 8 years who take part in exercising and sporting activities are far away from depression and mental stress than others.

This study, conducted with Norwegian National University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and the Social Research Department, has been published in Pediatricics General. According to psychologists, only 5% of children in Norway are victims of depression and depression, which is affecting young performance.

According to psychiatrists, symptoms of depression, mental stress and depression in children may vary widely. Such children cry for a reason, anger increases, interest in their favorite tasks reduces, isolates and hunger feeds.

Psychologists reviewed hundreds of children ages 6 to 10 years for 4 years, and considered their relationship between exercise and depression. In the survey 800 children were reviewed when they were 6 years old.

As a follow-up, 700 children from 8 to 10 years were also re-reported. Apart from this, the children were kept wearing special meters for 7 days, who were experiencing physical exercise. Then parents were asked questions about their presence in the presence of parents and during their time their mental health was reviewed.

Experts revealed that the children who had 6 years of exercise routine did not get depression and stress in the next 2 years. Experts involved in the survey admit that at the age of exercising and physical labor, children stay away from Depression for many years and show better performance in education.
